It is really surprising that in spite of the technological advancements of the 21st Century and the huge resources at her command, the United States of America has not neen able to capture Osama Bin Laden so far , even after elapse of seven years since 9/11 - 2001 massacre. This, as per me, was the worst failure of the Gerge Bush administration and is now the greatest challenge before the President elect Obama. Let us see how OBAMA takes on OSAMA.
